Evolution of Jack Sprats Grille

Jack Sprats Grille started out as a
restaurant with a catchy nursery rhyme name that invoked
ideas of lean cuisine for those who desired it (Jack
Sprat could eat no fat) or more decadent fare for those
who wanted it (his wife could eat no lean). It has
evolved into a pacesetting restaurant often copied by its
peers. (Check out the salsas used now by other
eateries originated at Jack Sprats over 13 years
ago). |

Today, however, Jack
Sprat’s Grille is synonymous with healthier food that tastes great
too. We take pride in preparing high quality fare from the freshest
ingredients prepared in such a way to enhance natural flavors and
maximize nutritional qualities. We try hard not to sacrifice taste to
“eat healthy”. We don’t advocate any particular diet – just
eating wisely. We drive our accountant nuts with the amount of vendors
we use in an effort to buy the healthiest and freshest locally grown products! |

Sprat’s Grille has become an extension of home for our
customers who eat here several times weekly. Because they know
we have their interests in mind. Our Point of Sale
system, allows us to make numerous choices and special instructions
